Programs & Sacred Teachings

  • Natural Healing Program

The Natural Healing Program offers an alternative and innovative approach to healing through Traditional Ojibway teachings, individualized treatment plans, and a holistic approach that supports psychological, spiritual, physical, and emotional growth. The program takes place in a natural Rainy Lake setting and includes healing and sharing circles, sweat lodge, Ojibway language, drumming, singing, fasting, and spiritual and emotional healing. The program also includes aftercare follow-up.

  • Ojibway Immersion Program

The Ojibway Immersion Program is a five-day experience delivered by fluent Ojibway elders in a traditional Rainy Lake setting for growth and learning. Participants are immersed in Ojibway language and culture through word practice and pronunciation, traditional activities, customs and practices, and storytelling. Ojibway is used at breakfast, lunch, and supper, and participants can receive a certificate of completion for up to 60 hours of instruction.

  • Youth Empowerment & Leadership Program

The Youth Empowerment & Leadership Program is a four-day youth empowerment experience built around the Seven Grandfather Teachings, leadership skills, Ojibway language practice, storytelling, and traditional activities. Youth take part in games and activities, leadership exercises, teachings, language practice, and an optional ceremony. The program can also be delivered in the community if preferred.

  • Healing Retreats for Groups

Healing Retreats for Groups are negotiated upon request. Rates vary depending on the type of retreat required. This offering is best presented as a customized inquiry-based service rather than a fixed program, since the details are shaped around the group’s needs.

  • Sacred Teachings Online

Sacred Teachings Online is a free biweekly online offering. Each session begins with a live Zoom welcome and introduction from PaShawOneeBinace (Ralph Johnson). After the opening, participants receive the YouTube teaching link in the Zoom chat and continue the session there. Questions or follow-up inquiries can be sent to pikeclan@hotmail.com.

  • MinoYaWin Hospital Healing Program

The MinoYaWin Hospital Healing Program offers traditional healing support in hospital and health care settings. This program is intended to support individuals and families through culturally grounded healing approaches, traditional teachings, and respectful care. Services may include support for emotional, spiritual, and cultural well-being, depending on the needs of the individual, family, or organization.
